For whom : Employees and staff firstly orientating themselves on quality management systems and laboratory accreditation Quality management systems comprise a large sets of rules to adhere strictly; some of them seemingly being contra-productive, time-consuming and bureaucratic. Transparency is needed on the awareness of its purpose of the quality management system, its construction and consequences for daily work that, if well designed, rather should enlighten the daily practice than be troublesome.
