Newcomers in ISO 17025 accredited laboratories
For whom:: People, newly arriving in organizations with operational quality management systems
This is a training course for people, newly arriving in accredited laboratories and needing an introduction to the objectives of the requirements in the ISO/IEC17025:2017. We discuss the potential internal and external driving forces for implementation and accreditation and provide an outline of the international accreditation structure. We visit with the participants all clauses of the International Standard, explain their objective and provided examples how laboratories can meet these requirements. Rsk-based thinking and non-conformance management, being cross-cutting concepts, will get ample attention by examples of case studies.
We focus on the importance of a quality culture and we suggest individual participants tailored solutions for implementation, taking advantage of our experience in quality management system development and worldwide auditing.
